Chi Psi is a fraternity whose rich history and tradition is a part of our everyday life. The Lodge, our storied home, sits atop the largest parcel of land occupied by a fraternity at Cornell. The brothers of Chi Psi appreciate our beautiful house and property and take pride in keeping it well maintained. Though the brothers' appreciation of our home runs quite deep, it is our cohesive interaction with one another that has led us to tremendous success. Chi Psi is traditionally one of the strongest houses on campus, not only in our ability to attract a large number of new members each year but also in our ability to attract leaders. We draw strong-minded individuals who enjoy leading in campus activities, on athletic fields (with traditional representation on the lacrosse, football and ice hockey varsities), and in social surroundings. Chi Psi members enjoy a well-rounded college experience. Our main goal at Cornell is to receive a quality education, though our brothers do not feel this can be achieved only in the classroom. Many of our most rewarding and valued experiences take place with our own brothers within the confines of the Lodge. |
